Protecting our integrity

Three core teams manage the ARISE program and its activities. They share responsibility for the strategy and key decision-making. They also oversee day-to-day operations.

The three ARISE partners – the International Labour Organization (ILO), JTI and Winrock International – work together in the field and at management level so we can share our skills, expertise and experience. Our roles and responsibilities are clearly defined and the teams comprise members from each partner organization.

ARISE aims to end child labor in communities where JTI sources tobacco leaf. We work with those directly affected and with others who have the power to change things. Our initiatives are developed and delivered in collaboration with tobacco-growing communities, social partners and governments.
